Preheat oven at 180°C/ 350°F/ Gas Mark 4

100g unsalted butter
150g caster sugar
150g self raising flour
2 large eggs
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp rosewater
1 tsp red food colouring

Vanilla Buttercream Icing

Serves 12 cupcakes
