Preheat oven at 180°C/ 350°F/ Gas Mark 4

Base:

100g unsalted butter

150g caster sugar

150g self raising flour

2 large eggs

2 tbsp milk

1 sack of vanilla sugar 

1 tbsp Baileys

 

Buttercream Icing:

75g unsalted butter

150g icing sugar

1tbsp warm milk

1 sack vanilla sugar

 

Decoration:

Use a knife to spread the buttercream icing on the cupcakes

Use regal icing and add food colouring of choice to make the pedals and leafs
