Raspberry Trifle

Raspberry jelly cubes
Strawberry and vanilla swiss roll
100g fresh raspberries
500ml custard

1. Cut the swiss roll into round pieces, roughly 3cm thick and place on the bottom of your serving bowl
2. Dissolve the jelly in a big bowl (follow individual packet instructions). Once dissolved pour it into the serving bowl along with the fresh raspberries
3. Leave in the fridge to set for minimum of 2 and half hours
4. 10 minutes before serving time add on the custard and finish off with the sprinkles for decoration
